Seeking Investment Bankers for M&A Transactions prefer NY location

Navon Partners ( www.navonpartners.com ) is seeking investment bankers, both on a part-time and full-time basis. You must have at least 2 years full-time investment banking experience at a reputable investment bank, and preferably 6+. We have a preference for experience in the aviation, logistics, and/or distribution industries.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The work required is typical for a VP, Associate, and/or Analyst at a major investment bank, including but not limited to:
+ Comparable company analysis
+ Building financial models
+ Advising on negotiation
+ Financial due diligence
+ Reviewing legal documents

REQUIREMENTS
+ At least 2 years full-time investment banking experience at a reputable investment bank or private equity fund. Do not apply unless you have this background. We prefer 6+ years experience and will pay commensurately.
+ Strong writing experience.
+ Strong analytical skills. High attention to detail.
+ Highly motivated self-starter who has a track record of continuous self-improvement, high achievement, and aggressiveness.
